Rather than applying a single method, I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches to support what is most helpful in the moment.
Mind–Body Focus
Many of the challenges we experience are not only held in our thoughts, but also within our nervous systems and bodies.
For this reason, our work may include gentle awareness of physical sensations, emotions, and patterns of response.
As we slow down and listen more closely to these signals, new insight and meaningful change can begin to emerge.
