My work as a counsellor has been shaped by more than thirty years of listening, learning, and walking alongside people through life’s challenges.

Over time, I have come to appreciate how powerful it can be when people are truly heard and supported in reconnecting with themselves.

My work today brings together this professional background with a deep curiosity about the ways our bodies, emotions, and lived experiences shape who we become.

I am continually inspired by the courage it takes for people to look inward and begin creating meaningful change in their lives.

I am grateful to live and work on the traditional lands of the Quw’utsun people in the Cowichan Valley. This beautiful place nourishes me deeply—whether I am paddle boarding, cycling, hiking, spending time in the garden, or time with my husband, family, friends, and community.
